		<description>I&#039;m with you on this, though I think I know why it happens.  Makeup, especially in modelling and stage performances, is put on at varying degrees of heaviness depending on how far away your audience/camera is.  The further away, the thicker and higher-contrast it is.

Girls wearing that ridiculous dark lip-liner are probably trying to look like the model/star they like without realizing that they often wear makeup made to make them look good at a distance.

It doesn&#039;t mean they shouldn&#039;t wise up.  It&#039;s a reason, not an excuse.  WISE UP!</description>
