I’ve been lazy lately. Eating lots, and eating poorly. In the last week I’ve had two chocolate bars and two ice cream sundaes, plus some pretty hefty meals over the last few weeks. Time to get back on track and focus. Summer’s coming!
Breakfast: Two slices of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and jam. A cup of milk.
Lunch: Grilled cheese and tomato sandwich (no butter), salad (lettuce and tomato with a tbsp of dressing), a yogurt smoothie (3/4c milk, 1/4c yog, some strawberries, ice, Splenda).
Dinner: Black bean spread with tortilla chips, lettuce, and an apple for dessert.
Snack: crackers (3 Stoned Wheat Thins) with cream cheese, 1/2c milk, small handful of raisins.

If it were me, I would get rid of the bread (carbs), the pb (fat) and the jam (carbs), grilled cheese (carbs and fat), smoothie (carbs & fat), chips (carbs and fat), crackers (carbs!) and the cream cheese (fat and carbs!!)

This morning I had grapes for breakfast (sugar!) and a paneer wrap for lunch (full of rice = carbs). Chocolate is on the menu for BURNING WHEEL tonight, unfortunately for my belly but fortunately for my mouthy!
Yes, I delight in eating carbs. Delight!
