What do you do to handle assholes?

I use a latex glove. If they’re lucky, Vaseline.
Is it acceptable to tell them to move out and get a new apartment somewhere far, far away?
You could drop pamphlets for new apartment complexes on the far side of town under their door anonymously. Be sure to use a highlighter.
