I’m a young woman living in Canada’s most beautiful and winter-free city, Vancouver. I love it here and wouldn’t live anywhere else. Probably. I’m married to my love, a very smart fellow who has a challenging profession but wishes he was either a philosopher or a poker professional. We have a good life together.

I’ve spent the last few years sorting out just what I want to do when I grow up. I worked in nonprofits for several years, completed an arts degree, played a lot of games, traveled to the other side of the continent to be with my sweetie (and then we traveled back), and finally I think I’m coming to understand who I am and what I want of my life. I spend my time playing games, quilting, painting miniatures, experimenting in the kitchen, watching Law and Order, using my brain, and reading. I aspire to be an excellent home maker but haven’t made it yet. I am a vegan and someone who likes to go to bed early, so I have all the more time to be grumpy in the morning. I’ve recently landed in grad school, where I am training to be a psychotherapist, but I aspire to know everything.
